Although this one is just an ordinary mailbox, it qualities for
the site because of it's unique post. It is mounted on a feed
store scale. The scale is very similar to the one I used back
in the '50s when I worked in the Smithburg General Store.
The store dated from circa 1860 and lasted into the 1970s.
